A song expressing my own philosophy of the confusion of who and what we are in the universe. A call for at least performing some meaningful acts in the midst of our vast confusion of existence.

Lyrics
Racing with the stars From where you began To uncertain end Alarms you. Rain drops pouring down Flash of lightening’s path Trace across your eyes To blind you. Memories you recall, But they are not your own They haunt you. You don’t know who or what you are. Trapped inside the world Like a prison cell Moonlight through the bars Inspires you. Tapping on a wall Listening with an ear Hear another’s voice Disarms you. Thought you were alone, But that is not the truth. They heed you. But you don’t know who or what you are. Yours is not The only story, Not the only tale Of loss and glory. Be afraid, But overcome. Lend your hand, Lend your heart, And save someone. - Break - Memories you recall And they are all your own They sooth you. Remember who and what you are. Yours is not The only story, Not the only tale Of loss and glory. Be afraid, But overcome. Lend your hand, Lend your heart, And save someone. Racing with the stars … Alarms you. Rain drops pouring down … To blind you. Memories you recall Of what you were before They guide you. You know who and what you are.

Strong piece, Larry! It reminds me a bit of the work of Tweak, a long-time presence here and as the founder of Tweak's Guide--same sector of the cosmos. Good vox and wonderful blend of sounds here--a nice surprise to hear this today.
